Q. Is there an MOQ on bespoke orders?

The minimum order is 10 on all items with the exception of Socks (20 per size )

Q. How long is delivery?

Our delivery from payment is 4-6 weeks on bespoke orders.Stovk item products 1-2 weeks .Delivery time on products purchased from our online store if in stock is 2-3 days.

Q. Is there additional costs for initials and sponsor logos etc.

Yes initials cost 2 euro and on club stock items club/sponsor embroidery cost 4 euro each . Special deals can apply when ordering bespoke items. 

Q. How do I place a bulk order?

Q. Can I return an item?

We stand over everything ,in the unlikely event that your goods are faulty ,if not personalised and not worn we can offer refund . If made to order custom order unless faulty we cannot offer refund

Q. How does payment on bulk orders work?

On bulk orders a 50% deposit is required at time of order and 50% before the goods are received

Q. What file type should we send our Logo in?

We accept logos in hi-resolution jpeg, vector or eps files. In order to ensure the best quality products, we recommend using vector graphics for logos.We work with you to get your what you want.

Q. How can I ensure I select the correct size?

Once you are satisfied with your products design, we will then send you on a ‘Size Guide Pack’ enabling you to choose the size that fits you best.
